16 years designing at the intersection of strategy and technology. I designed the UAE's first fully digital bank, grew a design team from 2 to 6 and built a research function from zero at OrientSwiss, and now lead UX strategy for Thomson Reuters' Westlaw platform, partnering along the way with McKinsey, EY, Mastercard, and more.
