Al Maryah Community Bank UAE
In July 2021, Al Maryah Community bank, the first fully digital bank in the UAE was launched. My role was to lead the user experience & interface process from concept to implementation. We are currently in the process of developing more features that will answer to the market and user needs, Read more about it here.
Zain KSA Omni-channel, self-care & e-commerce
I led the UX strategy of Zain Telecom KSA’s digital platforms. That includes B2B, B2C, E-shop and self-care. In order to come up with the best interface for a 16 million userbase, the team and I went through a quantitative and qualitative data observation and persona study.

Shortlisted among hundreds of startups at the Web Summit 2017 (Lisbon), RAY has won the interest of the Beirut Digital District, Zain Group and several other communities and corporates in the region.
I was the lead product designer on this project, responsible for the branding, user experience, user interface (mobile application, digital secretary iPad app and content management system) of the product.

Stars of Science, the flagship “edutainment reality” TV format initiated by Qatar Foundation, is the Arab world’s leading innovation show that enables the region’s aspiring science and technology entrepreneurs.
I was invited to represent Foo, my mission was to teach 2 Stars of Science contestants on how to create the user experience and interface design for their innovative ideas. The show was aired on MBC4.
